What size of dents can fixed with PDR?

Short answer is unlimited!
But there are limitations and it is not size; it's dent LOCATION.
The major limitation is the location of dents and that's why we need to know where your dent is. The majority of paintless dent repair is done from behind the panel, so a major part of the solution is finding a way to the backside. What if there is something blocking usable access? This can be a factor for the dent repair and varies for every panel, and every vehicle.
This is the complicated part of finding a PDR solution. Not only do we need to find a way behind the dent, we have to line up the the dent, access, leverage, tooling, and line of sight for the repair technician. That's quite a few factors to line up. Luckily we are experienced and determined. We find a solution the majority of the time we can figure something out for you.
You maybe thinking: "Well what about pulling methods from the outside?" Good questions. I have to paint out that the pulling methods uses the adhesion of the vehicle's paint to pull the metal. There is a limit to how much we should pull before there is risk of paint coming off. We rely on the how good the paint's adhesion is. For stubborn, deep dents we have to pull pretty hard. It is lowest risk to pull on OEM (original factory) paint. When the paint is not original from factory, and has been repainted before, we don't know what to expect. The adhesion may change from the process of repainting with new paint in various conditions. If this is the case then we should evaluate the risk or just have to reply on getting behind the dent.
It's not easy and little complicated but professionals have a tonne of experience and luckily we have a that experience and have a very high success rate with both in behind-dent-pushing and pulling methods!
