Summer of 2025 I was selected to be the Canadian representative of a multi-nation competition. Each contestant was given a door with extreme damage which in normal circumstances would not be repaired in Canada. It was a double blind draw for a lucky pre-damaged door to be repaired paintless-ly. I brought a few tools in a long bag and used what the organizers provided. My door was one of the worst there and we had two 8hr days to work. The last image shows the result after 16hrs of continuous work in gruelling Montreal summer humidity (felt like 40degC). It was an amazing experience, although I didn't get to fully finish in the allotted time. Much respect to the 1st and 2nd place winners representing Ukraine and Brazil, respectively. It was an honour to compete with the creme of the crop and be on the list of the first ever Extreme Dent Competition.
